Kyle Murphy built Strength Power Heart on the idea that coaching is more than counting reps. It's knowing your body, reading your movement, and pushing you past the point you'd quit on your own.

He trains everyone from competitive athletes to first-timers rebuilding strength — in a private Toronto studio and online worldwide. Every program is written for you, not pulled off a template.
